James has built his career at the highest levels of hospitality operations, holding senior leadership positions including Executive Chef, Group Executive Chef and Director of Food. His experience spans five-star luxury hotels, leading hospitality groups, Michelin-starred operations and award-winning restaurants, with his culinary leadership recognised through multiple Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) Chef Hat awards.
With extensive experience in executive management, multi-venue operations and hospitality business development, James brings a comprehensive understanding of the commercial, operational and leadership requirements needed to build and manage successful hospitality businesses.
His expertise encompasses strategic planning, new venue development and openings, operational restructuring, revenue growth, financial performance, procurement, workforce development, management systems and technology integration.
